Rhobart will only pay Brogar's protection money once the bog bodies on his farm have been killed. The farm is by the waterfall.

This quest is started by speaking to Rhobart, located within the Bandit Camp. He is on his farm.

• Pull the bog bodies close to Clay and he'll help you kill them.
• After you've received his protection money, you can accept the quest to get beer to Rachel.
